Meet the Team

Melita Williams

Founder & Managing Director

Melita has a decade of experience in Business Events, building upon a wealth of logistics, planning and motivational skills from a previous 20 years in education. She is one of the biggest Ambassadors you will find for Northern Ireland, her home for 10 years, and her original home of Wales. She loved opening our welsh office in early 2018 bringing her back to her roots and can often be heard teaching Maeve and Lauren how to say “LLanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychllandisiliogogogoch”

A member of ABPCO and SITE, she is the consummate professional, except when supporting rugby or on a tennis court!

Melita loves meeting people and seems to be connected to half the world. So, make sure you’re in the right 50%!

Maeve Maguire

General Manager

Maeve is the ‘real boss’, and the glue behind the scenes. With an attention to detail and thoroughness like no other, she is meticulous in our client’s project management and planning. She brings a lovely sense of calm to the office.

Maeve is also a member of the Institute of Directors. She is a fantastic project manager who thrives upon watching an event come to life.

Personally, she loves a good fashion accessory, however, is disappointingly not into Game of Thrones however hard Melita and Lauren have worked on her!

Lauren Beggs

Marketing Manager

Lauren is our hidden gem and is the ‘proof in the pudding’ how well graduate internships can work. Swiftly snapped up a few years ago, she is an invaluable asset to the team.

Her creative marketing skills and ‘love/hate’ relationship with Adobe liven up the office, as well as delighting our clients with itineraries, programmes, social media and by bringing a digital element to their events!

She is a member of Women in Business with a positive attitude to grow and develop within the industry. 

An avid (sometimes boringly so) football fan and thankfully another ‘Throner’ for Melita.

Pickle & Charlie

Virtual Office Dogs

Pickle and Charlie are part of the team and feature in calendars on the wall at Bespoke HQ. If they were more well behaved, we would bring them in to the office on ‘take your dog to work’ days!
