Our inaugural joint project working with the stunning 4 star Vale Resort kicked off last week. Working closely with the Meeting and Events team to enhance their client’s delegate experience, Bespoke Business Events delivered a tailor made social programme to end a week-long conference at the hotel.
Whisking the group off for a day of Welsh culture was the perfect end to a successful 5 day event for these truly international business visitors from as far afield as the US, Canada and New Zealand.
The Welsh Mining Experience at Rhondda Heritage Park never fails to disappoint in terms of authenticity with an informative and fun visit, finished off with homemade welsh cakes and ‘bara brith’.
Then it was off to one of Wales’s Hidden Gems, a firm favourite with our business events clients – the Royal Mint. Again, delegates were fascinated with this attraction, with many of them seeing their own coins from their home countries being minted in front of their very eyes.
We also met with the venue’s new Business Development Manager Paul Brandwood, who brings a wealth of experience from the world of tourism and has some very exciting plans for our own specialist VIP experiences, moving forward.
It was great to play our part in adding to what had been a very successful conference run by the hard working Vale Resort team, sending these visitors home with some wonderful warm memories of Wales.
